Who are we?
We are The TravelLab; part of e-Business Travel, an independent, full-service business travel agency. Since our founding in 2001, e-Business Travel has grown from a small team into a well-established organisation with three offices, over fifty employees, and four areas of expertise. These include Corporate Travel, Marine Travel, HumanitAir, and what was formerly our Group Travel, Luxury Travel & Events department – now operating under our own label: The TravelLab.
We’re proud of the growth and development we’ve achieved over the years. Along the way, we’ve been honoured with several industry awards, including Travel Management Company of the Year 2023 for Sustainability, and nominations for Regional & SME TMC of the Year 2024, Most Innovative TMC of the Year 2024, and Most Sustainable TMC of the Year 2024.
