Day 1:
The journey begins with a direct three-hour flight from Schiphol to Malta. Upon arrival, you start with a visit to the iconic Dingli Cliffs, the highest point of the Maltese islands. Here you enjoy a buffet lunch with panoramic views of the coastline and the Mediterranean Sea. Stroll along the cliffs and discover the picturesque chapel of Mary Magdalene and the famous view of the Blue Grotto.
After the cliffs, the route takes you to St Julian’s, Malta’s vibrant seaside resort. You stay in a luxurious five-star hotel, ideally located within walking distance of the best nightlife and the beautiful beach at St George’s Bay. In the evening, enjoy dinner at a Mediterranean restaurant overlooking the historic Grand Harbour, where you can sample refined flavours of sushi, sashimi, seafood and much more.
Day 2:
After an extensive breakfast, the day begins with a culinary walk through Valletta, Malta’s historic capital. Situated on a peninsula, this UNESCO World Heritage city offers a wealth of culture and architecture. Valletta, built by the Knights of St John, is known for its bastions, forts and cathedral.
Following the walk, take a traditional Dghasja boat to Birgu and enjoy a delicious lunch. Then explore The Three Cities – Cospicua, Senglea and Vittoriosa – by Rolling Geek, an electric car that lets you navigate the historic districts yourself. With an integrated tablet, you discover all the highlights in 2,5 to 3 hours.
The day ends with dinner at a restaurant with panoramic views over Valletta, where you can savour the finest local dishes and wines.
Day 3:
The final day will bring you to the island of Gozo. Board a speedboat toward Gozo, stopping en route at Comino’s Blue Lagoon, an idyllic bay with crystal-clear water. Once on Gozo, the group sets off on a tuk-tuk tour where teams learn more about the island’s culture and history in a playful way. The tour concludes with a freshly prepared organic lunch on a farm overlooking the Blue Lagoon, after which the winners of the tour are rewarded with local delicacies.
The conclusion of this unforgettable trip takes place in Mdina, also known as the “silent city”. You arrive in style, in a Rolls Royce or limousine, and enjoy an impressive performance by an opera singer and harpist in a historic church. This is followed by a gastronomic dinner at a Michelin-starred restaurant, where you are treated to the most refined dishes. After dinner, it is time for a festive finale with music, dancing and drink
